***Only original replacement parts are used for servicing and a 1-week warranty is provided for ALL repairs of rectified fault(s) ONLY. Do note we only deal with objective measurable (e.g. functionality) issues and NOT subjective unmeasurable (e.g. sensitivity) issues. Also take note that for complete analog stick replacements, the stick might not be perfectly centered after servicing due to calibration data stored on the motherboard during factory production stage, generally acceptable level @ 0-10% range. Advisable to adjust the deadzone in-game to reduce the sensitivity level for such cases.
****We hold no liabilities for issues that are not mentioned by customers prior to any repair or any that did not surface / appear during our diagnosis and any new issues that the customer may 'suddenly' discover after the item had been collected that is not related to the initial issue(s) that have been rectified due to the functionality risks involved in dealing with any kind of electronics.
DISCLAIMER / IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please note that the repair attempt / troubleshooting fee will cost between $15-80 (upfront payment required) and the repair duration is subjected to availability from our technical team, which will usually take about 3-7 working days assuming that the replacement parts are available locally, else it'll be 2-8 weeks as we'll need to acquire the replacement parts from our overseas suppliers (50% deposit required on cost; non-refundable). Common issues for controllers like replacing of analog caps, change of battery etc. might be able to be done on the same day or takes about 3-5 working days to repair, all depending on our availability and servicing queue status. As we can only advise actual repair duration after we pinpoint the cause of the issue, we will appreciate some common sense here. Also, the estimated repair time is only an estimate, sometimes the item can be repaired faster or might require more time, hence your patience is appreciated and you'll be informed once item is ready. Therefore there is no need to keep chasing for updates (which will not be replied to) before the estimated servicing time we have advised when the device was deposited. And if you are someone who is anxious for the device to be serviced quickly and/or require constant updates because you can't bear to be separated from your beloved device, kindly opt for the expedited service available in details below.
For EXPRESS / URGENT SERVICE (same day or next day servicing), an additional fee ranging from $15-$100 is chargeable and you will be informed on the exact amount when you bring the item down for repairs.
Do note that a storage fee of $10 per week will apply for items that are left unclaimed from the start of the 3rd week onwards (15th day) as they will be moved to a storage facility. If still left unclaimed after 1 month (29th day), they will be dismantled for parts and/or donated to recycling bins.
*Courier service is available for the sending back of item, on a case by case basis only (privilege provided; not an entitlement) is also available at requester's expense
