Warranty & Exchange Policy


Applicable for MANUFACTURING DEFECTS only:

1) For pre-owned consoles & brand new controllers: SEVEN (07) days from date of item purchased / received

2) For pre-owned controllers, brand new cables, chargers, games & other accessories: THREE (03) days from date of purchase / received

3) For all batteries: ONE (01) day from date of purchase / received


Kindly note that all items once sold are non refundable/exchangeable, hence do check the item itself on the date of purchase / received.

Do be reminded also for all DIY items, no warranty is applicable as it'll require a certain level of technical expertise to avoid damaging the item during replacement & servicing.

All exchanges are to be made in person ONLY @ Blk 69, along Lorong 5 Toa Payoh within the period stated above and not via mail or other locations. Eligible items for exchanges must also to be undamaged and in their original packaging.
